Donkey dragged behind owner's truck more than 4 miles

In Cameron County, Texas, authorities arrested the the owner of a donkey who dragged the animal more than 4 miles tied to the back of a pickup truck. :c Poor donkey..The donkey had deep cuts on his body after having been dragged.
